Nature of services

Cloud Architects Exchange provides educational training on risk-based trade setup analysis. Fees and durations shown on this site are informational. Formal scope is confirmed in writing before a seat is reserved. This site does not offer online payment or checkout.

Educational purpose

Training is instructional. It does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or a promise of trading results. Markets involve risk of loss. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.

Bookings and delivery

Clients should provide accurate contact details and, where relevant, anonymized journal samples or chart exports. If materials arrive late or incomplete, we may adjust schedule or scope and will notify you first.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, scorecards, and session materials remain our intellectual property. After fees for a booked program are paid as agreed, you may use delivered materials for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing requires prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat journal samples, account figures you choose to share, and business contact details as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

We deliver training with professional care. We do not guarantee profits, win rates, or specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability related to a booking is limited to fees actually paid for that booking.

Website use

Do not disrupt the site, scrape content without permission, or misuse materials for misleading comparisons. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
