Checklists fail when they are too long or too vague. We compress your process into five to seven binary checks that map to risk, not aesthetics of the chart.

Participants bring three recent trades—wins and losses—and reverse-engineer which checks would have changed the decision. The group then stress-tests the draft list for speed during liquid sessions.
