A checklist that still fits a live market

Twelve vague items get skipped. Six binary gates get used.

Pre-trade lists fail for two reasons: they describe preferences instead of pass/fail, and they take longer than the opportunity window.

Rewrite each line as something you can answer yes or no in under two seconds—context present, invalidation marked, size calculated, session rules clear, distraction check passed.

If a line needs a paragraph of judgment, it belongs in study time, not in the live gate.

Workshop participants often cut their lists in half and report higher compliance the following week.
